OUR PROCESSS

Being one of the premier contractors of custom homes in South Georgia and North Florida, having a good reputation is everything. We keep that reputation by being honest and upfront with all of our clients. We have a “no surprises at the end” philosophy. Meaning, the more conversations that are had and decisions that are made in the beginning of the process, the less stress and indecisiveness during building, and the happier the client at the end.

Discussing Your Dream Home

We start with a conversation of expectation. Do you have a set of plans? Are you wanting a new build or renovation/remodel? If you have a sample (ex: some pictures you found in a magazine, Instagram, or Pinterest) of what you’re wanting then we would love to see them. Maybe you have a specific brand of kitchen cabinets you want to use - all of this is important when designing your new dream home.

Pricing & Building a Budget

From the information given to me in the first meeting, we’ll move towards pricing. We work up a non-binding proposal for a total estimated cost including my contractor’s fee . If this proposal sounds good, we will move towards creating a budget. This budget will consist of actual quotes, takeoffs and pricing unique to your home.

After delivery of this budget, we will have a very accurate idea of what the final cost of your house will be. At this point, we can adjust your finishes or design to fit your needs perfectly. When you are completely satisfied with the budget, your finishes and the project, we can begin construction.

The Building Process

During the building process, we have a open-door policy. Come by and check everything out. This is your home and we want you to love it. If you see something that seems off or you don’t like it as much as you thought you would, let us know. We know that you will probably build only one dream home and our goal is to make you completely happy!
